You may recognize Raymond Rivera as founder of Grateful Apparel, but what many don’t know is that he is also the founder of The 3Sixty House, a home that gives a second chance to men struggling to overcome addiction.
Raymond Rivera opened the doors of The 3Sixty House over 10 years ago to give men struggling with addiction a chance to turn their lives around and help them make a smooth transition back into society. The 3Sixty House has had up to 52 beds filled at one time and currently houses 25 beds.
The financial responsibility that is required to operate The 3Sixty House daily is tremendous and unfortunately, they have fallen a little behind. Raymond started a loan modification process over two years ago and has been going back-and-forth to court since.
Recently, at the final court hearing, the judge asked if Raymond lived in the property. Raymond’s attorney advised him that he must claim to live in the property in order for the loan to be reinstated, but Raymond refused to lie. He told the judge he did not live in the property and as a result, the loan was not reinstated.
This is where we hope you come in. If 6,000 people donate $100 each, the mortgage for The 3Sixty House will be paid off. Even if you can only donate $10, please do. We appreciate every dollar.
