Rio 24K Releases “Bear With Me” Documentary Inviting Fans Into Miami Upbringing

Miami based rap artist Rio 24K found Christ in the midst of the street life. As he dedicated his music to his newfound Savior, fans were subsequently invited into the narrative of a newfound believer trying to grow within his faith despite his young son battling cancer and other challenging circumstances he is still surrounded by. To date, this narrative and struggle has already inspired two incredible musical projects–a full length freebie from 2014 entitled Flashing Lights, which I have no problem proclaiming as an instant classic for my own ears, and more recently an equally impressive EP project entitled The Beauty of Freedom.

As he prepares to bring fans another highly anticipated album, an effort to bring fans even more transparency has been brought to life in the form of a documentary produced in conduction with Black Rice, a ministry minded media and clothing company.

On a personal note, I can’t really describe how blessed I have been to build a relationship with this brother, who lives up to that title by definition. We met off of this passion for music, but before long were literally praying each other through our various struggles. He is as legitimate as they come and on behalf of GTHU it is our honor to introduce you to his music and the man behind it. Enjoy the documentary and check out his prior projects via the links below.

Within the documentary you will hear his brand new single “Long Way”, which you can find now on iTunes, Google Play, or Spotify.
