Melanie “Mel” Robbins is perhaps best known as a CNN commentator or author, but she is also considered a motivational speaker. Which is odd, considering that in the four minutes and change below she does everything she can to destroy the idea of motivation in an effort to help us understand our mental health better. I’m in love with what she’s saying because it personally echoed and confirmed my own thoughts in an article I previously wrote regarding not trusting your feelings and emotions.
