Martin Scorsese’s Missionary Film Brings Christian Persecution to the Big Screen

Academy award winning director Martin Scorsese (the guy that brought us Goodfellas) has a new film adapting the story of the 1966 novel Silence. The movie stars Liam Neeson, Andrew Garfield, and Adam Driver play Christian missionaries who face intense persecution for their faith.
