Apple’s New Apple TV Ad Showcases tvOS Apps & Content

Apple believes “The future of TV is apps”. Eddy Cue, the company’s head of software and services recently told CNN “We want to get to the point where customers are able to buy whatever they want, however they want”. The latest Apple TV ad showcasing tvOS apps & content looks dope! The also highlights the search tools available on the Apple TV, its Siri capabilities, Apple Music, and the tvOS App Store. Several games are featured including Disney Infinity 3.0 and Guitar Hero. The ad ends with the video title: “The future of television.”

The Apple TV runs tvOS—a new operating system designed just for the Apple TV. It brings an iOS 9-style redesign to the television set and Apple has redesigned all of its apps for the new operating system with a heavy focus on highlighting content to make it easier than ever to find things to do on your TV. There are new screen savers and a new Apple Music app that brings Apple’s new music service to the television for the first time.
